Automated Transactions Over the Phone
Honolulu Federal Credit Union's Instant Phone Service (IPS) allows you to handle many
transactions from the privacy of your home at any time of the day or night. No more
waiting in lines or writing checks from your Share Draft account to pay
your loans with us. Plus, you save on postage. With IPS at your fingers, you can:
- Obtain balances on your Regular Share, Share Draft, Christmas, Shares
Plus and Loan accounts.
- Inquire on your last deposit or which drafts have been paid on your Share
Draft account.
- Transfer funds between sub-accounts within the same account.
- Make a withdrawal by a check payable to or from your savings account.
All of these services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
